Families encounter a variety of stressors that challenge and disrupt function and well-being. Often, the wounds and patterns from our own families of origin influence and overshadow how we currently interact with our spouses and children.

With an Attachment-focused approach, and drawing from Family Systems Theory, a safe place is provided for each person to be supported in sharing their feelings. Each family member is validated and accepted with unconditional positive regard.

We will explore each family member’s values, strengths, and roles, as well as acknowledge goals the family shares in common. We’ll work on enhancing communication skills and strengthening emotional connection. We’ll look at ways to help you as a family manage stress and reach towards attaining a more cohesive, fulfilling family system.
